This policy refers to the collection of personal information for use in our mailing list.

Your personal information is collected for the purpose of including you on our Anne Lister Mailing List as you have requested it, in order to provide you with updates on Anne Lister activity.

Sharing your personal data:
Our website host provider is Wix who collect personal information as a processor on behalf of Calderdale Metropolitan Borough Council. Please see Wix's Privacy Policy regarding 'Users of Users' for more information on this. Your personal data will not be shared with third parties without your consent. In the course of updating you on Anne Lister activities, we may present options to sign up to the mailing lists of partnership organisations, who will have their own privacy policies to abide by.

Retaining your personal information:
Your information will be retained for 3 years, and for as long as you continue to consent to receive our newsletter. We will contact you periodically to ask if you wish to continue receiving communications as part of the Anne Lister Mailing list and to verify your consent for us to retain your personal information for this purpose. If you unsubscribe, withdraw or do not verify your consent or request your information to be removed and your data will be deleted. Wix will only retain your information for as long as you consent, when consent is withdrawn your data will be removed.
